SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ASSET MANAGEMENT – EASTERN REGION
As CCP’s head of Asset Management for the Eastern Region, Michael McMahon is responsible for the oversight and management of the region’s real estate operations, including leasing, property management, and capital projects. In this role, Michael also directs the annual property budgeting process and provides support to development and investment initiatives.
Prior to joining CCP, Michael was a Senior Vice President at Beacon Capital Partners where he was responsible for the asset management of its 9+ million square foot metro New York portfolio. At Beacon, Michael was responsible for 3+ million square feet of leasing, property redevelopments and capital projects of more than $250 million, property operations, budgeting, acquisitions and dispositions. Previously, Michael was a Senior Vice President at Mitsui Fudosan America, where he led its acquisition, disposition and asset management activities in the New York metro area, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Paris and Honolulu. Prior to joining Mitsui in 1993, he worked for Royco Property Corporation in development of office and residential properties in Manhattan. Additionally, Michael has advised on the sale and acquisition of retail, industrial, commercial and multi-family properties.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, is a registered Professional Engineer, and a licensed New York real estate broker. He is active in the Real Estate Board of New York.
