Thadd oversees the investment and financing activities for CCP’s West Region. In this role, Thadd is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing of acquisition opportunities. During his 16 year career, Thadd has acquired almost $3 billion of office properties, disposed of $1.8 billion of office and industrial assets and has overseen financings totaling $1.3 billion.

Prior to joining CCP, he was Director of Investment Analysis/Due Diligence for Equity Office Properties during which time led a team of analysts that executed the underwriting, due diligence and closing of numerous acquisition and disposition transactions. Thadd also worked closely with the leasing and operation teams in establishing investment and asset management strategies for a regional portfolio totaling 16.3 million square feet.

Thadd’s career includes positions in Bank One’s Corporate Real Estate Group where he was responsible for credit analysis and assisted in managing credit facilities for REITs and REOCs, and as a real estate analyst in Bank One’s Houston office where he underwrote and assisted in structuring of commercial real estate loans.

Thadd holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
